She did a very thorough and informed search of comparable homes to help us price accurately. Colleen and her office made a detailed virtual tour of our home to provide safe viewing during COVID and also to facilitate out-of-town buyers (including one buyer couple who ultimately bought our home without seeing it live!) Our family was moving out of state and were initially going to rent our home instead of selling, but at the suggestions of friends, we decided to interview a few realtors to see how the market was fairing. I reached out to Colleen that evening and we set up an appointment to meet the next day. Colleen was confident, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to sell.
