Our family was moving out of state and were initially going to rent our home instead of selling, but at the suggestions of friends, we decided to interview a few realtors to see how the market was fairing. I reached out to Colleen that evening and we set up an appointment to meet the next day. Colleen was confident, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to sell. In fact, she offered to help us rent our home if that's what we decided. Most importantly, the reason we chose Colleen was because we had a strong feeling that she would work hard for us. I am happy to share that we made the right decision hiring Colleen. She is an extremely hard worker and quite honestly exceeded our expectations. Our family moved out a few weeks later, leaving Colleen to assist us with several last-minute projects before our home went on the market. From monitoring the flooring crews, electricians and cleaners, to painting our front door, and personally staging our home. It looked absolutely incredible! Through the entire process, she always made herself available to answer any questions we had and gave us daily updates on showings. Once we found it, Dennis was on top of every detail for the negotiations and the purchase, and then gave his expertise to the entire process of getting our old house ready to put on the market. Dennis delivered homes that met our precise criteria

The Rochester housing market was tight when we were looking, and we had some unusual restrictions on what we could consider. Dennis gave us solid advice about what we could expect in terms of the timing of weekly market cycles, the sealed competitive bidding process, and the likely availability of homes meeting our criteria. We were looking from out of state and he worked with our son to do live visits to available homes.

We found and acceptable home sooner than expected and Dennis provided (and continues to provide) good follow-up advice about trash, home repair services and other items you may need in the future.
